In the field of customer experience solutions, we offer a full service for different industries around customer experience topics and communication solutions. These include consulting with a strategic, technical and technical focus, as well as implementing complex Cloud Contact Center solutions in a variety of applications. Thematic focus is on the one hand in the classic areas such as customer experience management, and on the other hand in innovative topics such as the digital omnichannel solutions or the automation with AI/bot.

Your mission

• You are responsible for request analyses and workshops on the production of technical specifications
• You advise our clients on the conception of Customer Experience Solutions
• You implement and integrierst agile in the IT environment of our customers:
• You are responsible for and defining the further development of complex distributed systems in “private” and “Public” cloud-based Omni-Channel solutions;
• You design and implement AI based Bots

Your skill set

• Completed university studies in the field, (economic)informatics, mathematics or comparable technical training
• Multiannual experience in technical consulting, design, and implementation of Contact Center (e.g. Genesys, NICE, Talkdesk, ContentGuru, etc.) or Conversational AI solutions (e.g. Parloa, Cognigy, Spitch, etc.)
• Interest in innovative technologies and modern consulting approaches
• communication skills in the presentation of complex technology topics for different stakeholders;
• Very good knowledge of German and English as well as mobility for customer projects in the DACH region
