During your internship, you can support our Recruiting Coordination Team at our location in Oberkochen, Jena or Munich ideally for a period of about 6 months from January 2027 or later. Among other things, the following tasks await you: Schedule coordination of interviews with applicants (internal and external), subject areas and recruiters

Publication of job advertisements on different platforms

Accompanying our competitors through the entire recruiting process and ensuring a positive Candidate Experience

Examination and settlement of travel costs of applicants

Creation of new jobs in the applicant management system

Continuous studies in the field of business, economics, psychology or a comparable course of studies

Ideally, first contact points with recruiting or HR (e.g. focus on studies, work students or internship)

Joy of communication and organization

Responsible and discreet handling of sensitive data

Very good knowledge of German and English
