Projektmanager (m/w/d) in full time for our staff department in Friedrichshafen.

The area of personal services includes the topics of pay billing (including tax and social insurance law issues), personnel cost planning and controlling, employee data protection (GDPR) and personnel administration (e.g. correspondence, certification, time management) including BEM, BGM and measures for the reconciliation of family and profession. What tasks await you: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the staff service team (5 employees) In close cooperation with the Department Director Human Resources, you actively shape governance issues In addition, you are responsible for issues relating to Regulatorik (including compensation systems, IVV, compensation advertisements, sustainability report) Ensure efficient, service-oriented and legally secure handling of all administrative personnel processes with your team and continuously develop them In addition, you are responsible for the cooperation with our external service provider in the area of payment accounting A further focus is on HR control and responsibility for job evaluations In close coordination with the accounting system, you coordinate personal-related annual accounting activities (e.g. staff provisions) and are first contact persons for auditing bodies
