As a specialist for bathrooms, you are all-rounder in the swimming pool. Your tasks at a glance: Monitoring and security: You are responsible for the safety of bathers, help in emergencies and carry out rescue measures. Water quality and technology: You check the water quality and make sure that the technical facilities run smoothly. Course management and customer service: You guide swimming courses and help guests with questions and concerns. Friendlyness and service orientation are particularly important. Organization and administration: You support the planning of events and take over administrative tasks such as cash management or creating schedules. The training lasts three years. In practice, you are in spring/summer in the outdoor swimming pool in Denkdorf, in autumn/winter in an indoor swimming pool nearby. You will learn the theory in the Heinrich-Lanz-Schule in Mannheim.
