Our task is to analyze the systems throughout the Volkswagen Group for various exciting projects. We also create business intelligence solutions for a wide variety of customers. Possible tasks of this role You take over the professional management of the BI team, including coordination of team members, efficient allocation of tasks and ensuring high quality of work and timely project implementation Ensure and maintain/optimize reporting solutions for data quality and performance of BI analyses You are contact person (m/w/d) for internal stakeholders (e.g. specialist departments, IT, management) in all BI-relevant questions You develop best practice solutions in the field of BI and Data Analytics You train the team members (m/w/d) and promote the know-how building in the BI area You test and establish modern, previously unused BI systems/solutions and continuously develop analyses & processes

You have a degree in (economic) informatics, mathematics, statistics, business management or a comparable qualification You bring deeper professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis or database management You have very good knowledge of Tableau and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, etc.) and ETL processes (dbt, Knime) You have profound experiences with SQL and data visualization You have analytical thinking and a solution-oriented way of working You are communicative and possess the ability to understand complex facts You bring well-founded experience in project management with (JIRA) as our projects are currently taking place in the German-speaking environment, we presuppose reliable German knowledge (from level C1) Problem solving competence Own initiative Responsibility Structured thinking Handling of customer-side applications Know Your Customer (KYC) Communication Target-oriented leadership Agile methods Technical English English
