Participation in the definition of the strategic orientation of the high-frequency laboratory in cooperation with superordinate bodies and the development of investment, personnel and budget planning Responsibility for the achievement of the KPIs for the high-frequency cable testing laboratory, monitoring the achievement of targets and, where appropriate, Introduction of corrective measures Responsibility for the further development of the organizational processes in the high-frequency cable testing laboratory, optimization of test procedures Definition and management (release, blocking) of test instructions and test modules according to quality standards of the automotive industry within the framework of the laboratory microscopes Participation in the control of measuring and testing equipment in the laboratory, including calibration, maintenance and maintenance Selection of suitable analytical methods, testing equipment, measurement techniques, testing methods and standards and support in the procurement of new measuring and testing equipment Coordination of cooperation with external testing laboratories and service providers Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in the assigned area of responsibility Professional power of instruction in questions on high-frequency measuring technology of production sites Participation in carrying out and organizing ring tests Development of specifications for the documentation of laboratory results (e.g. uniform reporting format for HF measurements) Support and further development of high-frequency cable measurement technology and measurement methods

Complete technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, communications technology) or a comparable qualification, ideally with the focus on high-frequency technology / measurement technology Multiannual professional experience in testing and laboratory environments and the interpretation of measurement results Knowledge of high-frequency technology, HF measurement methods and relevant standards ISO 17025 knowledge desirable First leadership experience of advantage English knowledge in word and writing readiness to travel in Germany and abroad Safe handling of Microsoft Office Analytical thinking and high technical affinity Structured working and team skills
