You want to take over the role of the sovereign contractor (m/w/d)? We then look for you as an experienced project manager (m/w/d) power supply & energy infrastructure. Integrated project control: Conducting complex projects for the construction of 110 kV transformers and center stations including the development and implementation of large, customer-specific special network connections on the medium-voltage level Souveränes HOAI Management: Leading coordination, commissioning and quality assurance of all performance phases of HOAI (LPH 1–9) as a key guideline Contract management and follow-up management: coordination with the internal departments in the preparation and implementation of complex EU tendering procedures according to the SektVO, analysis of project deviations, contract management and - after negotiations with external parties Location and Trassen Development: Implementation of technical-economic site search procedures for new network nodes in compliance with structural framework conditions and cooperation for the management of political committee and municipal council meetings cross-disciplinary coordination and customer retention: ensuring optimal interconnection between internal departments, licensing authorities and upstream network operators; Infrastructure KRITIS protection: design and implementation of modern safety concepts for the physical protection of critical infrastructures (perimeter protection, protection zones, intrusion detection systems, video sensorics, access control)

Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, energy engineering, civil engineering, economic engineering or a comparable qualification, e.g. technician/master (m/w/d) with long-term project experience Multiannual experience in project management or planning complex electrical, industrial or infrastructure projects in the field of power supply (preferably from an engineering or planning office) Experience in handling large customers in building projects in power supply is advantageous; specific expertise on high voltage/reflection gears is not a must – we work you intensively Practical knowledge in the application of HOAI as well as basic understanding of procurement procedures (EU invitations to tender) and follow-up management Self-employed, methodical operation, negotiation skills at eye level with customers and service providers as well as a professional occurrence in dealing with authorities Practical contact points with the area of physical plant safety (object protection and monitoring systems) are a plus Secure handling of MS Office applications and ideally user knowledge in SAP (modules PM / PS)
