Setter CNC automatic lathes (m/w/d)

For our customers we are looking for a full-time inverter for CNC lathes (m/w/d) Our customer is a family-run manufacturer of hand tools. The place must be occupied in the long term. Our customer seeks a takeover after 12 months.

• Set up, operate and optimize CNC lathes - read-in CNC programs into the machine - provision of tools and read-in them into the tool store - filling of the rod loader with raw material - completion of control parts and testing these in cooperation with the QS - learning of auxiliary personnel for plant care during the manufacturing process - performing regular quality and surface checks according to test plan

• A successfully completed training for the machining mechanic, ideally in the field of automatic lathe technology - First professional experience at automatic lathes with Siemens or Heidenhain control - knowledge of Mori Seiki machines desirable - The willingness to work two shifts - Good knowledge of German curious? then you better report today and discuss with us the further action.
