Pedagogical Specialist – Boarding School and Outdoor Living Groups (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy accompanying young people with disabilities in their development? Then we look forward to winning you in full or part-time for our team at the next possible time and working together with you both in boarding school and in our outdoor groups.

Your tasks

Community & Diversity:They design resource-oriented group and individual offers to promote different needs and competencies.

Consulting & Accompanying:You are there for our participants – in the advisory and supportive function you help them strengthen their personal and social skills.

Planning & Documentation:You develop individual funding plans, accompany and observe development processes and provide structured documentation.

**They are planning and accompanying recreational activities that enable young people to experience new experiences, promote their talents and strengthen the sense of community.

Acceptance to use: Regular late services, several night readiness per month and weekend services are part of your working day.

Your profile

Qualifications:They have completed training or study in the social education sector (e.g. social pedagoguein, educatorin or nurse*in) and have ideally gained first experience in youth work and with our target group.

Engagement & Competences:They are characterized by a high degree of commitment, work independently and independently and have a strong communication capability to act successfully both in the team and with the young.

Flexibility: As regular journeys occur between the boarding school and the outside groups, a class B licence is required.
