As a Sales Assistant Shared Services, you can support sales managers in the areas of entrepreneurship business, customer experience center and shared services in daily work through independent planning, organization and execution of all the activities that arise. Within the “Enterprise Business, Customer Experience Center and Shared Services” area, you will independently take over projects to further develop the field. The development and regular creation of reports on the Intelligent Connected Workplace as well as solutions and IT services is an essential part of the role. You are responsible for the self-organization and coordination of all activities arising within the scope of the department. You can also support Sales Managers and colleagues in the department – for example for data processing, reporting and presentations. You support the establishment of a resource management system and ensure smooth internal and external communication in German and English. You will also take the appointment and travel organization as well as the preparation and organisation of events and meetings. Training management is also part of your task. As a link between the teams of the Enterprise Business, the Customer Experience Center and the other shared service teams, you coordinate the requirements of the department with other departments, such as order and contract management or field service. In addition, you support communication and coordination with BEU GBS. Of course, you will first get to know our products and internal processes. Ideally, you will bring a completed commercial vocational training as an economic assistant or comparable profession, preferably with studies. You have a very good organizational capacity, a structured working method and a good understanding of operational processes. You have fun and interest in optimizing workflows and are characterized by absolute discretion, loyalty, commitment and reliability. Your team and cooperation skills as well as your high social competence are remarkable. You have a good communication skills and are friendly and open-minded. Your great affinity for numbers and reporting as well as your quick understanding, high self-motivation and especially independent working processes complete your profile. Very good knowledge of MS Office also belong to your skills, SAP skills are beneficial, but no need. You can creatively fill your great design space – in the varied tasks of your position you playfully change between self-responsible concentration and the binding quality of a team player. With different characters, you'll be fine. Eye height is your favorite language. You speak German and English.
