This position is occupied by Rheinmetall Electronics GmbH in Neubrandenburg. Take advantage of your knowledge of Bundeswehr, methodology and didactics and contribute as a trainer to the success of digitalization as well as the strengthening and employability of the armed forces. As a trainer Digitale Richtfunkmanagement (m/w/d), you are responsible for carrying out training with modern telecommunication hardware and software using the latest technologies. In the training and exercise scenarios close to the mission, you will convey appropriate activities to the military vehicles and actively participate in the continuous development of the training, training documents and training means. Your tasks: Implementation of training with modern systems in digital directional radio management Training and maintenance Work on further development of training planning and design Further development of training documents and success controls Regular improvement of processes and content to increase customer satisfaction

Complete technical training in the field of information electronics, electronics for information and system technology or comparable training in telecommunications Long-term work in training, preferably with military background Use at the training centre cyber and information space or a comparable military institution desirable IHK, Train-the-Trainer Training or comparable Good English knowledge of word and writing driving class C desirable Presentation and moderation strength Intercultural competences and experiences, e.g. from experience of use, desirable readiness to travel
