• They are responsible for the holistic supervision of trainees.

• You create training plans for our trainees as well as training plans for our interns, interns and work students.

• They provide a modern and professional staff work for approx. 200 employees are safe and support in the advice and support of our executives and employees in all personal questions.

• You take over administrative tasks from the recruitment to the exit of employees (contracts, certificates, certificates, etc.).

• They contribute to future HR projects and actively promote topics such as digitization and optimization of personal processes.

• They support the organization of azuubic trade fairs, information afternoons, azuub events and business visits.

• They support operational health management and human resources development.

• You have completed a degree with a focus on staff or a completed commercial training with a further training as a specialist (m/w/d).

• They ideally have first professional experience in human resources, like in the operational logistics environment.

• You have basic knowledge of the right to work and work.

• They are familiar with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
