CIO/Head of IT Group (m/w/d) Medium-Sized Group

After successful focusing on the expansion of the performance portfolio and technical optimizations, processes and software systems have to be adapted to ensure further success.

First contact person for the group management for the design and implementation of the digitalization strategy, process definition and operational business in the IT and application sector Analysis, standardization and optimization of the group's cross-company administrative business processes Strategic planning, design, implementation and further development of projects such as the optimization/selection of relevant ERP, omnichannel and warehouse management systems and the integration of new technologies and processes Constant analysis, optimization and adaptation of processes, systems and services and security all information security requirements Leadership, coaching and motivation of over 30 employees in different teams from Service Desk to Business Process Solution Budget responsibility and responsibility for the rolling capacity and investment planning for the IT sector

Successfully completed studies with a focus on (economic) informatics/information technology or comparable qualification, with prior relevant training Multiannual professional experience in a responsible IT management function with decentralised/international teams, preferably in the production and trading environment, as well as process knowledge in intra-company, cross-company performance interconnections Strategic, holistic thinking beyond the IT sector Outstanding experience in the strategic planning and control of complex IT and transformation projects (Omnichannel, ERP, PLM, CEM) Negotiating English skills, Polish would be advantageous Embossed analytical skills and process understanding paired with a solution-oriented method Target group-oriented and motivating communication and a team-oriented implementation strength
