Plant Controller (m/w/d)*

Our client is a large Life Sciences company. Founded during the 1940-ies in the USA, it has become one of the world’s leading high-tech corporations in the field of filtration and purification. Due to internal changes, we are now looking for a thriving Plant Controller for a location near Mainz/Germany.

Strategic Business Partner for a Business Unit Linking the BU and align operations measures Driving annual budget process whie providing financial oversight & guidance of finance personnel Managing process and review in the region fort he consolidation and analysis related to all aspects of manufacturing cost control, production/manufacrutring viariances, overhead absorption as well as other key drivers of balance sheet and cash Ensuring that effective internal controls are in place and in accordance with compliance regulations Increasing effectiveness of financial operations by recruiting, select, orienting and developing direct report leaders

Degree in accouting and finance with at least three years of relevant experience Excellent working knowledge and approaches to analysing manufacturing results Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and practices is a plus Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
