You lead a 14-person IT team with a focus on SAP Business Consulting and Quality Assurance – and create an environment where people grow and deliver together Together with your team and departments, you develop the SAP application landscape (S/4HANA, Add-Ons, Interfaces) and their processes continuously You are a contact person:in the personal and professional interests of your team and promote an open, valuable team culture and active knowledge sharing As a generalist:in you work closely with our SAP architect:inside and other team leaders, you always keep an overview in the complex environment

You have multi-year leadership experience, empathy and the ability to build, strengthen and motivate team members A pronounced hand-on mentality, enthusiasm for complex process worlds and good project management skills characterize you You have a broad knowledge of SAP modules, processes and support as well as experience in managing service providers You have already worked in the agile working environment, speaks German that is safe to negotiate and has good English skills
