You are responsible for the control of the operational forward-looking processes at the European Logistics exit (focus on international traffic). You guide your team professionally and disciplinefully and develop your employees in a targeted manner. Regularly evaluate the key figures relevant to the output, monitor them and execute possible adjustments if required. To optimize existing processes and results sustainably. You have a successfully completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification as well as relevant professional experience in the operatic. First leadership experience is desirable. You speak German and English fluently, further language skills are of advantage. You are versed in handling the applications of MS-Office. Your profile is rounded off by communication skills, empathy and a pronounced problem-solving competence.
