In our 24-month Finance Traineee Program, you will acquire a well-founded knowledge in Accounting, Controlling and Business Intelligence. You can learn at various stations how exciting and versatile the financial sector is. We guarantee you a steep learning curve: Accounting: We teach you the basics of accounting and accounting. You support our team in creating monthly and annual accounts and work on your own tasks in the field of debitor and creditor accounting. You prepare research and evaluations and support our accounting processes in eCommerce, for example. You will also gain insights into the areas of consolidation, tax and treasury. Controlling, FP&A: We will show you how to plan, manage and control financial data. Know budgeting and forecasting techniques and learn to create meaningful reports. You create & interpret analyses and develop your own recommendations for action. You prepare ad-hoc analyses and calculations and are responsible for the performance of target-actual evaluations. Business Intelligence: You learn the world of data analysis. You support us in the processing and analysis of business-relevant data, learn how to use BI tools and help us to design data-based decision-making processes and meaningful dashboards. Finance Key-Stone Project: Here you can realize yourself! You take your own, multi-finance project and show us what's in you. You leave your personal footprint at FUTRUE. Promise!

You have a completed study of BWL, VWL, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study. You are passionate about financial issues and have ideally already gained first practical experience through internships or as a working student. You have fun taking responsibility quickly and counting on our experienced team at any time. You work structured, independent and are a real team player. You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel, and have ideally already gained first experience with BI tools. You bring knowledge of German (min. C1 level) and fluent English (min. B2-level).
