Reporting and evaluations: support in the preparation of regular reports and project-related evaluations for decision-making Data management: responsible for the maintenance and updating of project data by means of SAP 4PEP Process optimisation: Participation in the analysis and optimisation of existing program processes for increasing efficiency Calculations: Support for the creation of migrant and offer calculations in close coordination with the departments Preparatory action: self-professional preparation and maintenance of templates or Standardisation and quality assurance forms

You are in a state-created university or specialist high school, for example in the field of economics, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable field. You are sure to go around with MS Office (Excel, Word etc.). You bring very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing. You already have first SAP and VBA knowledge. Commu­nity strength, social skills and joy in team work are the key to you. You have an extremely careful, fast and responsible way of working.
