Detection of the operability of all relevant industrial plants Self-defence and troubleshooting of technical building equipment Responsible inspections, maintenance and testing of building equipment (e.g.: heating / air conditioning / ventilation / sanitation) Accompanying entrepreneurs in the object Ensuring technical fire protection such as safety lighting functional testing, fire protection doors Collection and monitoring of consumption values: monthly reading and documentation of counter readings (electricity, gas, water and heating systems) Digital documentation of the activities carried out via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs)

Electrical engineering / technical training e.g. as an electronic / electrician / electrical installer 2 years of professional experience supervisor in accordance with § 13 UVV / Prevention of accidents at work Ideal would be a training according to TRBS | instruction for the release of persons from elevator installations as well as a further training as a specialist for parking facilities according to DIN 14677 – but can also be completed in the following together with SPIE Good German knowledge min. B2 certificate Customer-oriented, dedicated employees, for which team skills and reliability are of course High sense of responsibility and enforcement
