Senior Salesforce Application Manager (m/f/d)

Central role with high design space for the technical development of our Salesforce platform (sales/service/marketing cloud) Varied combination of platform operation, solution design, automation, support and project work Direct cooperation with departments, internal IT teams and international partners End-to-end management for business requirements from conception to test and release to operation and support Own-responsible configuration and further development of the platform, in particular with Salesforce Flows, permissions, reports and dashboards, as well as standardization of processes Technical analysis and sustainable troubleshooting and recurring support cases Design and support of integrations and further development of data model, data quality and technical governance requirements

Complete study of computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual practical experience in technical operation and in the further development of Salesforce solutions Very good knowledge of the Salesforce platform (sales/service/marketing) incl. Architectures, data models, automation, integrations and authorization concepts Salesforce Flows and Reports/Dashboards and Data Management Experience with interfaces and integrations via APIs, event-controlled architectures Ability to understand requirements professionally, to evaluate technically and to translate them into sustainable end-to-end solutions (test, release, operation, support) Structured independent working with Ownership, secure cooperation with departments and partners as well as very good German and English skills If you want, we're looking forward to a short video where you will introduce yourself personally.
