What awaits you:

• You distort and negotiate significant and complex contracts as Enterprise Legal Counsel (m/w/d), as well as other legal documents in the field of telecommunications resulting from transactions with national and multinational companies of any size. The creation and maintenance of contract patterns, legal support for internal projects and the development of guidelines, guidance notes and action instructions is also your task.
• You are responsible for providing precise, effective and timely legal advice, analysis and support in legal matters within the corporate headquarters and regions. You are the first contact person for numerous employees of Vodafone's business customer sales.
• You identify legal risks for the company and assist in providing solutions to address these risks.
• You maintain effective contact with relevant contact persons in other important functions outside the legal department, both within the company and within the group, such as regulatory, finance, marketing, compliance and security, and support discussions with these individuals to ensure the best legal solution to the business objectives.
• You support the development of best practices within Vodafone with regard to the legal aspects of commercial and contractual matters related to product development and introduction.

What distinguishes you:

• 1st and 2nd State Exams in Jura
• Flowing in English & first international experience
• Commercial understanding, interest in technical content and software solutions
• Pragmatic mode of operation
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• At least 5 years of PQE experience
• Embossed communication and negotiation skills

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
