Then we should talk – now is the perfect time. We are GUME – a family business with 40 people in Tuntenhausen (between Munich and Rosenheim). We build tools with which we manufacture rubber, silicone and composite components. Our parts are in machines from Siemens, Brückner, Krones, PARI and a few dozen other large companies. One of our components might just be in the machine that your steak packed in plastic. Another one in an engine. A third in a bridge. Why now is the best moment to join us In the summer of 2025, a management took over the company at the beginning of 30. We were in short work – today we are full of growth. This means: We have doubled our tooling – exactly in the area where you are training We grow 2026 with at least 15% We want to build a second layer: even more jobs in the workshop For you, this means three things: Acquisition after training is planned. We form you because we need you as a specialist. You grow with the company. If we are twice as large as today in three years, new jobs are created with more responsibility. Those who are there early have the greatest advantage. We have chances of climbing. Our tool design manager and our deputy production manager are both beginning 30. We need you and have room for you. What awaits you With us, you will learn tool mechanics in real tool making – on a CNC milling machine, on a die-keroding machine, in construction. Start of training: September 2026 Educational allowance: 1,000 – 1,300 € / month (accompanied by year) Duration: 3.5 years

Basics Metalworking: Feiling, Drilling, Milling, Turning, Grinding, Measuring – Full Craftsmanship Build real tools: You work on tools for rubber mould parts that are used later in our own production. You can see if you worked clean. CNC and Senkeroding: You work on our CNC milling machines and die-cuttering machines CAM Programming: Learn how a 3D file becomes a tool (SolidCAM) Reading technical drawings and planning work steps independently Testing and measuring with high-precision measuring devices – on the one hundredth of a millimeter Finding and troubleshooting: If a tool does not work as you thought, you will find the solution together with the professionals Optional: Insight into the construction with SolidWorks on the CAD computer. You have a good primary school degree, medium maturity or (special) abitur. What degree is less important to us than what you made of it. You're handcrafted. You've ever screwed, built, repaired Maths and physics are easy for you. Tool mechanics expect tolerances, speeds and preliminary strokes. You don't have to be a 1 pupil, but a math fear will make you work hard later. You work carefully and concentrated. In toolmaking, one hundredth of a millimeter counts. ''Do not fit.' You want to work in a little team. We're 40 people. Everyone knows you by name. You want to learn. We invest 3.5 years in you and expect you to invest your time in us.
