As our new Social Media Manager, you will: Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns and editorial content for Gamegenic's social media channels, tailored to both B2C and B2B audiences. Support and ongoing optimize owned media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, BlueSky, Facebook, TikTok, and more. Collaborate with our graphics team to create engaging content. Identify new growth opportunities and stay on top of current trends. Research and builds with relevant influencers. Manage external service providers and effectively. Actively engage in community management across social media channels. Monitor social media and community trends to drive strategy. Prepare regular, insightful reports with actionable recommendations.

What are we looking for We're looking for someone with: A completed degree in marketing, media, or equivalent training. Several years of proven experience as a social media manager with a track of record success. Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and the skills to use them strategically. A high level of creativity, adaptability, and solution-oriented thinking. Enthusiasm for audience segmentation, contact strategies, and a talent for creating compelling, audience-appropriate messages. Curiosity, openness, and a quick grasp of new tools or trends, paired with a willingness to learn. Fluency in both German and English (minimum level C1). Proficiency in Office programs, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other relevant design software.
