As a working pre-worker with a focus on building envelope (w/m/d), you are responsible for the tendering and awarding of the enclosures as well as their technical support in the course of preparation for execution As part of the team of our technical interior services, you will develop tailor-made offers for our customers and conduct technical bidding discussions and negotiations with clients together with our construction teams. Together with the project team, you will develop the construction processes for the shell structures and develop alternative designs as required You create and negotiate the invitations to tender for construction partners services for the enclosures and award them together with the purchase and project management You work with the development of the scheduling for the area of the building envelope and create various technical concepts for the execution preparation You organize and check the plant and assembly planning for the enclosures and give them technical free With your technical know-how, you will support the planning coordination and the construction management and will also include adjacent sectors of the industry. Together with our construction teams, You continue to drive digitalization at the construction site and increasingly bind the subject of BIM to everyday work

You have completed your studies as a civil engineer (w/m/d), architect (w/m/d) or comparable training You have experiences in the construction management or in the construction planning and project management You have good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, and you ideally bring user knowledge in iTWO or in a comparable building software with You have good knowledge of VOB You are open to new technologies and working methods, ideally bringing you first experiences in planning with BIM You have an analytical way of thinking, a high willingness to use, a solution-oriented, independent way of working, entrepreneurial thinking and acting You have fun building, holistic project management and work in the team
