ACT NOW! - these are your tasks: Commercial Project Responsibility: Own-sponsible commercial support of service, maintenance projects in the building/supply technology including project controlling and project management Contract Management: Examination and Evaluation of Contracts and Communication of Contract Terms to Subcontractors Project support: Support of project managers in the audit of contract and costing requirements and in risk management Cost and Purchasing Management: Responsibility for purchasing preparation, cost control, project financing and follow-up management

Your profile - you should bring: Completed commercial training Professional experience in the commercial development of projects, either in the field of facility management, building technology, TGM, service/maintenance, in small-scale construction, in industrial services or in the construction industry With you, customers and service are in the first place and your convincing personality draws you Knowledge of popular MS Office applications, SAP R3 knowledge desirable, S4Hana knowledge advantageous as well as fluent German knowledge
