Social pedagogue / social worker for the Supplementary Independent Participation Counselling (EUTB®) in Euskirchen (m/f/d)

We are looking for a social pedagoguein /social workerin (m/w/d) for the supplemental independent participation consultation (EUTB®) in Euskirchen. The Regional Association of North Rhine-Westphalia is the party-political and denominational association of the Free Well-being Care. He represents some 3,100 legally independent member organisations from all areas of self-organized social work.

The main focus of the task is the team-oriented implementation of the complementary independent participation consultation based on the legal basis in § 32 SGB IX in the Kleve County. These include in detail: The holistic advice of people with (threatening) disabilities and their relatives on rehabilitation and participation services Exercise of a pilot function through the offers and services of the various rehabilitation bodies such as integration aid, nursing, pension and health insurance Promoting an advisory service within the framework of Peer Counseling Promoting cooperation relations and networking on site with other advisory bodies, self-help groups, service providers and cost-beneficiaries such as employment agencies, etc. Cooperation with the (Federal) department “Participation Consulting” and the scientific project management Maintaining a database with consultancy-supporting information, implementing the documentation of counselling services Public relations

Complete study of social education / social work / social management / social law / social science (or comparable experience in the consulting work of affected persons and interested persons) Ability to provide individual advice and a basic social policy understanding for the work field Ideally, you have well-founded expertise in the field of integration aid and other social legislation books and/or consulting experiences as Peer-Counseler*in Sovereign handling of computer applications and Internet programs
