Be part of a modern company in the packaging industry at the Zwenkau site, which produces innovative, recyclable plastic packaging for food such as yogurt, sausage and cheese products as well as ice cream. As a machine operator (m/w/d), you are significantly involved in production and ensure the high quality of our products. You work in shift operation and make an active contribution to optimizing and monitoring production processes.

• You're introducing injection moulding machines and robot peripherals professionally.
• You plan remodeling and accompany their acceptance – with technical sensitivity and organizational talent.
• In case of disturbances, you intervene, analyze them and improve processes to ensure a trouble-free production flow.
• You carry out new In-Mould labels, master batches and basic materials.
• You take the setup and monitoring of optical measurement systems such as Mevisco MPC/MIPS and Keyence CV-X/XG Vision.
• Regular maintenance of production facilities is part of your daily business.
• Work safety, hygiene and quality keep you in mind and care for their compliance.

We are looking for

Do you want to take responsibility and take a central role in the production of modern packaging solutions? We are looking for a dedicated team player who works carefully and reliably and has the pleasure of constantly developing. We look forward to your application if you meet the following requirements:

• Complete training in a technical profession, e.g. as a process engineer for plastic and rubber technology (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in the operation of machines and the refurbishment of production plants.
• Knowledge of the handling of injection moulding machines is advantageous.
• Experiences in the field of automation and with floor and 2-component tools are desirable.
• Ready to work in 3-shift operation (5-day week).
• Secure handling of MS Office 365 and common PC applications.
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
• Self-working, teamwork and loadability.
