In our team of five employees specializing in the optimization of production-related processes in the cleaning of components for the semiconductor industry, you are a senior process engineer (m/w/x) in the area of dry cleaning systems. You are responsible for the development, industrialization and stabilization of highly sensitive cleaning processes for demanding applications up to the cleanroom class ISO 5. Their focus is on the deep understanding and sustainable mastery of complex cleaning processes. In short, You work where chemistry, physics, process engineering and production come together – and make these processes permanently manageable. development, development and optimization of cleaning processes for metallic and functional parts – from the first process idea to the stable series application (wet cleaning: spraying and dipping processes; dry cleaning including residual gas analysis)

Analysis and stabilization of processes by structured causes analyses, data-based evaluations and statistical methods (e.g. process windows, sensitivity analyses, SPC)

technical responsibility for purity requirements to cleanroom class ISO 5 – including assessment of particle, film and residual contamination

structured further development of the current processes with respect to robustness, reproducibility, cost-effectiveness and scalability

technical processing of quality questions and assistance for new approaches, changes and qualifications (process and plant qualification, experimental planning, approvals), as well as cooperation with production, quality, development and external partners for the sustainable implementation of stable and controlled processes

Drivers of digital transformation and automation in process monitoring, data acquisition and evaluation

a completed master's degree, preferably with doctorate, in the field of process engineering, chemistry, surface engineering, material science, physics or a comparable area

knowledge of production-related processes, in particular in cleaning or surface processes, clean room or high purity applications and chemical-physical process chains

comprehensive understanding of the relationships in processes (media, chemistry, mechanics, temperature, time, interactions)

Analytical and structured approach to the research of causes of complex quality and process problems (e.g. 8D, PDCA, Six Sigma, DoE)

Willingness to deal intensively with new technologies and procedures and take responsibility for “his” process

independent action, technical innovation and enforcement in an interdisciplinary production environment

good knowledge of English and very good knowledge of German
