In the Connect Customer Services segment, we work as product management on innovative after-sales solutions based on vehicle data for maintenance, wear, accident and breakdown. These tasks and possibilities come to you, among others: Self-working of selected digital key topics Participation in the design of our digital business models Support in the planning, organisation and follow-up of meetings and workshops Conducting market and competition analyses of digital topics and trends Creation of presentations and decision templates Working with the design and implementation of product strategies of our digital services Cooperation with various stakeholders (departments) Participation and participation in project meetings and support of the team in the daily business Creation of content for various communication measures (e.g. newsletter)

Course with focus on business, computer science, vehicle / electrical engineering, communication or media Experience in handling Atlassian software such as JIRA and Confluence Experience in the topics Digital ecosystems / business models, requirement management, project management and in interface functions between specialist and IT are advantageous Safe handling of Microsoft Office, knowledge of UX/UI of advantage Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Organisational and communication skills and team spirit Strategic & analytical thinking Self-employed working and willingness to learn new Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
