Tax officer / tax clerk (m/f/d)

You build operational processes in accounting with the focus on taxes (early taxes / turnover tax) and accounting including related compliance rules and reporting. The support and improvement of the billing price documentation for the entire THIMM group including the implementation/calculation of individual measures, the reporting and support of the departments are your responsibility. You participate in the preparation of annual accounts, monthly and quarterly accounts of individual companies and in the implementation / review of accounting rules and tax requirements. The creation and maintenance of operational tax returns and reports (partially in connection with external tax advisors) as well as the support for audits are also your tasks. You work on your own business insurance. You formulate and implement company law measures (decisions/contracts) and are responsible for reporting to the transparency register. You are responsible for the statutory and regulatory reporting obligations for accounting tasks. In addition, you flexibly take on further tasks in accounting and actively participate in projects in financial and accounting.

You have a completed business studies with a focus on taxes/invoicing, or you have a multi-year professional experience, preferably in an audit firm or tax consultancy company. Analytical thinking skills and a structured, solution-oriented and reliable way of working and enforcing are all your features. You combine deep knowledge of trade and tax law with the requirements for operational processes and have fun in their implementation and changes. You are a team player, open, communicative and has a high level of sense of responsibility, self-employment and self-initiative.
