Production Coordinator / Operational Production Support

Your design space – concrete, not abstract. As an operational support of the production line, you keep the threads together. You make sure that our complex, varied production does not stop – from the first component to the ready-to-sand sensor. This is your core: Our production covers the entire value chain: component programming and SMD/THT fitting, cable assembly, ball bearing assembly, mechanical manufacturing, assembly assembly and final assembly with matching and quality control. All sub-assemblies required must flow together on time – and this is your task. You coordinate and prioritize: You control the individual manufacturing departments so that material, capacities and orders are in line daily You recognize where it gets tight – and trade before it becomes a problem You make sure that the growing order quantity is processed on time and in the right order You are the interface: You work closely with sales, development, and work preparation – so that information is not scavenging but arriving You recognize material bottlenecks early on before You become a problem – and you agree with purchasing in time You are the operational bridge between production line and the teams in the Shop Floor In the case of technical problems in the production process, you are the first point of contact – you mean between production and development until a solution is found You drive improvements: You recognize vulnerabilities in processes and material flows – and initiate solutions instead of reporting problems You support technical questions and are a contact person when it gets complicated You think in processes, not in responsibilities You have a feeling for people: You know that behind every process a person stands – and that quality and performance begin where someone feels comfortable You perceive moods, recognize when someone is under pressure or something is not running – and trade before it becomes a problem You create an environment where your team likes to work – not by big gestures, but by reliability, clarity and genuine interest You coordinate.
