Employee Tool Preparation Extrusion (m/f/d)

Here's what you're doing: You keep production running by reliably preparing pipe tools, accessories and extrusion lines, refurbishing, refurbishing and making it a smooth production start. For reliable technology, you take care of the maintenance, cleaning and repair of pipe tools, calibrations and extrusion components and ensure the mechanical and electrical usability of our systems and periphery. With your technical know-how, you actively shape our processes and contribute to Kaizen, KVP, Process Optimization and Projects. This is how you contribute to continuously developing our processes. If it's important, you'll pack up: In the case of human bottlenecks, you support when starting and running the extrusion lines. In addition, you enter foreign companies and support the acquisition of spare parts as well as other organizational tasks.

Complete technical or craft training, ideally in the field of tool construction, industrial mechanics, mechatronics or comparable qualification Experience in maintenance, maintenance or installation of machinery and equipment of advantage Technical understanding and craftsmanship as well as pleasure in working with tools and technical equipment Ideal knowledge in the field of extrusion or plastics processing You work structured, concentrated and maintain the quality of routine tasks Teamability, high sense of responsibility and good communication skills complete your profile You have good German skills - basic English skills desirable Ready for use in 3- and 4-layer operation (if necessary) and working under clean room conditions.
