The Indirect Real Estate Unit is responsible for the disposition of indirect real estate assets and the Real Estate Debt segment. In addition, it has a significant impact on the further development of the strategic orientation of the two investment segments. She is also a contact person for external partners such as e.g. capital management companies and asset managers. Your expertise will support the real estate portfolio: you monitor and manage existing real estate investments and funds and participate in investment committee meetings or prepare them. You always work analytically: You analyze and evaluate external (manager) reports on real estate investments. You bring structure to control: You work on internal reports for risk controlling, planning and information of the bodies. You keep an overview: You act as an interface to other staff and specialist departments of the insurance association. Also support you in the real estate market research area.

Education: You have a successfully completed economic studies or comparable training, with a focus on real estate. Experience: You already have first professional experience in real estate or fund management as well as in controlling. Further experiences in the real estate capital investment are advantageous. Knowledge: You have a well-founded knowledge of MS Office and are also familiar with presentation techniques. You will also bring very good knowledge in German and English. Personality: On the one hand, You can work independently but also excellently in the team and possess pronounced analytical skills.
