Requirement management: Requirement for customers and translation of customer requirements in concepts Concept: Creating detailed technical concepts and process models Team management: guidance and control of our developer team with your sound understanding of software in compliance with project objectives Customer support: management of customer teams, presentation of workshops, development of solution ideas Project strategy: Development and implementation of project strategies that achieve both technical and business objectives Important to knowledge: You primarily control the team and the customers. If necessary, you will technically support architecture planning, but you do not have to write a code. The focus is on leadership and coordination in the project.
