For the Vitos Disabled Assistance Haina / Bad Emstal we are looking for a team management residence (m/w/d) in full time for the Stegeweg residential complex.

You provide the organizational, human, nursing and educational processes in the team as well as the legal requirements and the supervision of the service and specialist. Together with the team, you will ensure that clients are supported, accompanied and supported on the basis of participation planning and our guidelines. Your duties include cooperation with team management of other housing, relatives, cost-beneficiaries and cooperation partners. Based on your well-founded experience, you develop the educational concept of the place of residence, implement it for efficient processes in the organization of the process, ensure quality and documentation. You will take part in recordings, moves and redundancies and take part in the background service of the Haina-Bad Emstal region.

You have a completed training as a social pedagogue/worker, medical pedagogue, medical education caregiver, educator or nursing staff (m/w/d) and contributes professional experience in working with people with cognitive impairment. As an experienced manager, you can safely apply principles and instruments of good employee management. You share our quality requirements and work to fulfill them. The legal and technical foundations of disability and integration aid are certainly applied. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you earn € 4.827 or € 5.180 including allowance for housing, SuE allowance and team leader allowance, for many years of professional experience up to € 6.044 (based on TVöD-B pay group S12 for full-time, part-time). In addition, there is an annual special payment of 85% of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant.
