What is it? As a branch manager and project manager (m/w/d), you take over the management of the branch (> 10 MA) and at the same time operate operatively in the project execution for damage recovery (e.g. fire and water) in the area of Ulm.

Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team with> 10 MA Comprehensive project execution in damage rehabilitation (including construction supervision, coordination of craftsmen, payment responsibility, digital documentation and assessment) Communication with experts, insurance companies and customers incl. Advertising management Offer & Invoicing and Tracking of Payment Entries Organisation of the daily business of the team such as personnel deployment planning

Multiannual experience as project manager, construction manager, craftsman, technician, civil engineer (m/w/d) or in adjacent areas of supply/house technology First experience in professional or disciplinary leadership is a plus, but no requirement Technical and commercial understanding and flexibility to adapt to new requirements Open-minded type with enforcement strength, self-initiative and service orientation, with which the operational work is excellently linked
