Head of real estate projects in the new building with focus on project housing construction LPH 2 - 9 Interface to Project Development, Marketing, Rental, Banking, Asset Management Selection and control of external service providers (planner, consultant, construction companies, etc.) Coordination and processing of technically complex construction processes with reliable construction support / technical project management Monitoring the project process with regard to costs, dates and qualities Leading the tendering, tendering and awarding process (single/GU award) Support for project development in communication and coordination with municipalities, authorities and neighbours, as well as in the creation of planning and construction law Participation in reporting to management and banks

Multiannual, relevant professional experience as project manager on the building site or as project manager in the implementation of major projects in the GU - turnkey construction Architect, civil engineer, economic engineer or comparable training Extensive experience in housing Strong entrepreneurial thinking and strong technical understanding for the construction of real estate projects Knowledge of building/planning law Strong communication, strong implementation and a strong team idea are very important Safe in leading planners, object monitors and executive companies Structured thinking and acting as well as interest in process-oriented and efficient processes
