You take the operational responsibility on our turnkey housing construction sites and guide them as a construction manager You co-ordinate and tax the executive works and subcontractors – from the raw phase to the turnkey handover You support the tendering and awarding of post-contracting services You monitor the design quality at the construction site, recognize deviations early and guide appropriate measures You ensure compliance with dates, costs and quality standards at your construction site and regularly report to the superstructure/project management You conduct construction meetings, answer the site documentation and take part in acceptances You ensure consistent compliance with all regulations on occupational safety and health

You have a degree in civil engineering or a technical training with appropriate practical experience You bring about 5–6 years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in turnkey housing construction on GU or TU side You know the processes on the construction site well and keep an overview even with several simultaneously running structures You will be sure to take up themes with entrepreneurs in a solution-oriented manner and keep a cool head even in challenging situations Knowledge of VOB as well as experience in handling construction schedules and construction site software complete your profile You are present at the construction site – for you, construction management means to be close
