Qualification trainer with a degree (m/f/d)

operational placement - coordination with employers, preparation of participants for use Qualification planning - in coordination with employers and according to established needs of participants terminated job-close qualification - instruction, training and accompaniment directly at the workplace Promoting key competencies Promoting personality development Documentation Coordination with the Agency for Work Project days - Planning a weekly project day with all participants at Grone Monitoring phase Employers individual support for participants - support, crisis intervention, motivation, support for personal challenges

What distinguishes you:

You have a degree with at least Bachelor (Social Education, Educational, Ergotherapy). You have experience in working with people with restrictions and/or disabilities. You are empathic and have an understanding of disability as an interaction between individual and the environment, value-adding handling. You have motivation, team skills, creativity, contact joy. You have knowledge of different cultures and their traditions. You have the ability to ensure continuous care and are resilient in dealing with challenging situations. You document precise, timely and in accordance with the requirements of the Agency for Work. You are open to annual training (at least 3 days per year).
