Apprenticeship Welder (m/f/d)

Preparation and performance of welding tests according to DIN EN ISO 9606 Theoretical and practical training of welders: Conducting welding or visual inspections in production as required Monitoring and testing of welding work according to WPS in methods 111, 121, 131, 135, 136 and 141 Creation and validation of welding instructions (WPS) and support in optimizing workflows Presentation of the basics of welding and metal processing by explanation, demonstration and teaching Instruction of employees in their tasks, control of quality reduction and independent implementation of qualified welding work

Completed training in a metalworking profession focusing on welding technology and several years of professional experience in welding activities Ideally training as a teaching welder:in or welding factory master:in, safe mastery of MIG/MAG, WIG and E-Hand as well as additional training for welding technology (DVS‐IIW 1170) Qualification VT 2 according to DIN EN ISO 9712 and completed examination for training Technical understanding, craftsmanship and experience in fully mechanical or automated welding Sovereign, professional appearance and high social, communication and team competence, including conflict resolution competence Self-responsible and customer-oriented working with strong quality and safety awareness readiness for shiftwork and knowledge of occupational safety and accident prevention regulations
