Central contact person for data protection issues in Germany Proactive consulting of all departments as well as auditing and monitoring of business processes and information systems with regard to data protection requirements and group-wide data protection requirements. Implementation and implementation of group-wide predefined data protection projects at local level Implementation and monitoring of data protection impact assessments (DSFA) Creation, testing and further development of data protection-relevant policies, internal standards, agreements and forms Planning and implementation of local data protection controls and internal audits with data protection Training and awareness of employees on data protection issues Contract review and negotiation under data protection aspects (e.g. AVV, international data transfers, TOMs) Processing and coordination of data breaches and data breaches (Data Breaches), including internal facts clarification, risk assessment as well as audit and, where appropriate, Implementing notifications to the competent data protection supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 33, 34 GDPR Regular data protection related reporting to the Group General Civil and Economic Law, KI-VO Self-employed processing of legal enquiries in general civil and economic law and related legal issues Auditing and monitoring of business processes and information systems with regard to the compliance requirements of the AI Act Preparation and verification of contracts and general terms and conditions in the B2B and B2C sectors Support for legal disputes and internal facts Self-employed processing of civil lawsuits and coordination with external lawyers Close cooperation with the Legal Director and international legal and data protection teams

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) At least 3-4 years of relevant professional experience with a clear focus on data protection law, ideally in a company, a firm or a consultancy company Proof-found practical experience in data protection law (GDPR) Experience in handling group-driven structures and international stakeholders Ability to identify, prioritize and pragmatically implement complex risks Structured, independent and resilient operation High sense of responsibility and understanding for business relationships German and English skills
