Planning, control, coordination and organisation of the complete operation of an external site to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Central contact for customers and external service providers in all planning and organizational matters throughout the entire project phase Supporting the project-related foreign companies, guidance of external employees and support in the organisation and coordination of on-site operations Responsibility and optimization of internal operations and logistics processes over the entire project duration Operational support of the technical team on site Ensuring occupational safety according to legal and internal requirements Monitoring and documentation of all relevant building processes and management of access rights

Complete technical training in the field of mechanical engineering, with professional experience in the project environment and corresponding further training (masters / technicians) Experience in the project management of interdisciplinary teams and with complex technical and organizational processes Customer-oriented personality with pronounced communication strength Excellent organizational skills combined with clear structuring and hands-on mentality Independent, solution-oriented and transparent operation High level of loadability and flexibility Secure knowledge of English in word and writing (C1 level)
