ID: 1700_000298 In our Vitos Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy in Bad Emstal we offer help for mentally ill adults from the North Hessian area. For our area with the focus of treatment of psychosen (Station 4,3a), we are looking for a full-time nursing station management at 01.03.2026.

You coordinate the tasks and procedures of the station in close cooperation with the medical-therapeutic field You develop the existing treatment options and actively contribute your expertise and creativity You're working on occupancy management You work with projects to optimize processes and to further develop quality standards, and conduct them in close coordination with the Care Directorate You ensure the quality of care, regularly and continuously develop it You take responsibility for the budget of your cost center You promote and develop the nursing employees of your area You guide and train nurses in your area of responsibility and ensure their professional development

You have a completed vocational training for nursing staff You have a completed training for station management or a completed nursing study – or have the willingness to do so Ideally, you already have experience in a leading function You have a solution-oriented, value-estimating and employee-oriented understanding of leadership You have a high degree of self-initiative and persuasiveness You are professional, empathic and need-oriented with our patients
