Professional leadership of a small team (approx. 5 employees) Total responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of the projects in the field of door, window and facade construction Active cooperation in manufacturing and assembly Coordination and technical clarification with internal specialist departments (work preparation, construction, production and purchasing) Finishing including glazing of aluminium and plastic windows as well as doors, sun protection and other components in the factory Installation of windows and doors in precast concrete wall elements

Completed technical training – ideally as a door, window and facade builder (m/w/d) – or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of door, window and facade construction Funded technical understanding for window types, glazing, fittings, insulation, surface materials and fastening systems Experience in employee management or motivation to assume leadership responsibility Communication strength, team capacity and an independent and structured way of working High quality awareness and sense of responsibility
