Volunteer Services Coordinator (m/f/d)

You are a representative of volunteer executives and support them in organisational and administrative matters You organize and accompany voluntary bodies, working groups and meeting formats You take coordinating administrative tasks and ensure reliable procedures in the Volunteer Office You promote networking between locations, departments and volunteer managers You support thematic in contextual and administrative tasks Initiation, further development and the development of voluntary services You co-ordinate appointments, keep track of deadlines and support the structured follow-up of open topics

You have a completed commercial training, a completed Bachelor's degree course e.g. in health and social management, social management, social work, public management, business management or a comparable degree course – or brings a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience with You enjoy working with volunteer leaders and a good sense of the special conditions of the Volunteer Office You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and keep track of multiple topics You communicate clearly, bindingly and value-estimating and like to work in the team You bring service orientation, organisational skills and joy in coordinating tasks with Ideally, you have first experience in project management or with the support of working groups, bodies or processes You are safe to use MS Office and open to digital modes You are willing to take appointments occasionally even in the evening or on weekends; a corresponding recreational compensation takes place under the week You have a valid class B license You identify yourself with our goals and values as a Catholic aid organization
