Participation in the OIKOS project on strategic development and control of ecclesiastical real estate Coordination of cross-disciplinary evaluation with the involvement of the units involved Development of well-founded decision bases and recommendations for action for church communities (e.g. sale, reuse, recompression, rental, inheritance lease, housing) Advising church communities on processes, conditions and next steps in dealing with properties that are no longer needed Coordination with internal/external actors (e.g. municipalities, ecclesiastical institutions, project developers, ecclesiastical real estate company, cooperation partner) Management of meetings in cooperation with process consulting – also in evening appointments on site

Completed university studies in the field of real estate, industrial engineering or comparable qualification Additional qualifications in the field of property and real estate law or project development are desirable Knowledge of property assessment, development and use – ideally in the church or public environment Understanding strategic real estate processes and decision structures in public law entities Communication strength as well as safe occurrence in consulting and committee situations – especially on site We expect membership in a church of the Evangelical Church in Germany
