The history of EgeSun began in 1979 with the sale of tea, spices and dried fruits of the brand MorgenLand to the first organic shops in northern Germany. Since then, the responsible use of natural resources has been at our heart. We know many farmers who produce our organic raw materials all over the world. Today, EgeSun stands with the two brands MorgenLand and One Nature Organic for high-quality and tasty nuts, fruit and coconut products. At our site in Oyten in Lower Saxony, 150 employees develop, produce and market good organic products for our own brands and for many brands (private label). As a team leader, you are steering a team of product managers:inside and responsible for expanding our private label business You are the face to our customers and advise them to further develop their assortment You conduct, develop and motivate your product management team professionally and disciplinefully You take over the strategic development of the brand portfolio and identify new market and growth potentials You secure and develop efficient processes in product management. You control the optimization, care and expansion of our brand-sortimente together with your team and in close cooperation with our customers: You assume the overall responsibility for innovation development – from idea to market launch You ensure professional short- and long-term sales and sales planning for the brand segment You regularly create a performance analysis for the range and give action recommendations You make the conformities safe in coordination with quality management You coordinate the processing of tenders, customer requests and complaints in coordination with the relevant specialist departments

Completed studies or commercial training with several years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the food or private label sector First leadership experience – alternatively a clear willingness to take responsibility as team leader: well-founded market knowledge associated with bio-affinity and the ability to identify trends early and implement them in innovation Embossed understanding of product development, assortment control and project management Strong communication and customer orientation combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach ATTENTION: Please also apply if you cannot make a hook behind all points.
