Lead System Architect - Tactical Equipment (m/f/d)

Strategic, cross-product orientation and further development of the system architecture for the field “Tactical Equipment” Ensuring consistent, integrable, reusable and sustainable architectures across multiple products and standardized documentation Development of technical target images and reference architectures for the technical field “Tactical Equipment” taking into account conflicts, redundancy, gaps, dependencies, re-use potential and awardability (Make or Buy) as well as integration of all specialist areas (software, hardware, integration, verification, MBSE, RAMSS) into a uniform overall architecture Initiation of necessary architectural decisions (e.g. architecture reviews) and ensuring comprehensible, clearly documented decisions, including technical reasons, and compliance with product and project-specific development standards Coordination and further development of the necessary competences in the team of the discipline in coordination with the disciplinary leadership

Successfully completed university studies in the field of engineering, natural science, computer science, systems engineering or a comparable qualification Found experience in the technical management of teams and many years of practical experience in the development of complex technical systems expertise in system architecture, system decomposition, interface definition, requirements engineering, system integration and architecture modelling using relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. INCOSE, SEBoK, ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288) as well as knowledge and experience in the field of “Tactical Equipment” Structured recording of complex and abstract relationships in technical and organizational systems as well as safe occurrence, self-responsive action, enforcement ability, pronounced resilience and flexibility Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
