Become part of our Alnatura Working Group in our Quality Management section In full time (40 hours/week), first fixed to 2 years

You serve our customers and trade partners in the clarification of product complaints To do this, you work with the quality managers of our manufacturer partners and our suppliers You create evaluations on our products, identify vulnerabilities and optimization approaches and initiate necessary measures How to secure the quality of our products and continuously develop them In the event of a crisis, you act calmly and insure and find solutions in the team

You have completed a study with food reference (ecotrophology, nutritional sciences or comparable) and ideally have first professional experiences You are inspiring for organic food and ideally have a relation to the organic industry The standard quality standards are known to you and you have already worked with it in practice Holistic, solution-oriented and customer-oriented thinking as well as a precise and structured way of working distinguish you You work efficiently and like to work in the team and have good oral and written expressability Manage the use of the common Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) You have very good English skills in word and writing and ideally good French skills
