You learn with this training, what matters in our community: You combine the practice in public administration with the theory at the Studieninstitut Westfalen-Lippe in Bielefeld and at the Erich-Gutenberg-Berufskolleg in Bünde. The theoretical training takes place once a week in Bielefeld and in block lessons in Bünde. You are going through various sections of practice in various departments at a training site – in Gütersloh, Rheda-Wiedenbrück or Halle (Westf.). You will deepen your knowledge of legal, economic and social issues as well as administrative processes, budgetary and accounting, digitalization and service competence. You learn to work in a practical way on a project and case-related basis, are accompanied by experienced mentors and receive regular feedback on personal development. You train important skills such as teamwork, communication and conflict resolution and service-oriented advice.
